About Role:

The role of Salesforce Developer-1 is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to innovative Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, using advanced features and programming tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Work with the Salesforce.com product suite including Sales Cloud, Platform, and AppExchange
• Implement advanced design patterns and engineering best practices to build scalable and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate in an agile environment, contributing to Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration
• Participate in the entire software product lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
• Identify and resolve technical issues, improving overall customer experience
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models is a plus
• Experience with Java or Golang is an added advantage

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience programming on the Salesforce platform
• Deep understanding of Salesforce.com product suite including Sales Cloud, Platform, and AppExchange
• Extensive experience developing custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Firm understanding of advanced design patterns and engineering best practices
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum
• Strong background in enterprise systems development as part of a full software lifecycle
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer experience
• Prior experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is a plus
• Experience with Java or Golang is good to have
